Don Dixon first opened LMG, 1981 in New York. It operated independently until sold to Saatchi & Saatchi in 1988. There it was morphed into the Integrated Marketing arm for Saatchi & Saatchi Worldwide-operating under the brand “Saatchi & Saatchi Marketing Services”. In 1994 LMG became independent once again until 1996 when Don sold it to Cox Enterprises. LMG operated as a division of Cox until recently when it once again became an independent company.

Only very experienced marketers, sales personnel and creative talent work on LMG accounts. Everyone — except some of the digital team — has a MINIMUM of 20 years experience either as a senior executive at a major 4A’s agency (or comparable firm), a senior marketer on the client side or a principal in their own successful agency or consulting practice.
